In business, I think you’re only as good as you handle your problems. Anyone can run a business when things are great and everyone is happy but, when you have a customer who is not happy, that is when you earn your money and more importantly… your reputation. I had a pretty big issue with my truck and the responses from the staff to my issue at the time was not cutting it. To their credit the guys at Young Guns Hwy11 Dodge must have noticed what I did and addressed it. Next time I was in I hardly recognized anyone. The new staff walked into a s#€¥storm regarding my dissatisfaction (anger) and handed it like champs. They owned it, even tho they didn’t work at the dealership when I purchased my truck. I was blown away that they didn’t constantly remind me they weren't involved in any of it… even tho they weren’t involved. I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer who felt this way. Their professional approach was a huge relief. They just worked to get the problems rectified. If you’re dealing with Hwy 11 Dodge right now and trying to rectify issues they didn’t have a hand in… I would say, be patient and cut em a bit of slack. These people seem to really care about their customers and the dealerships reputation.
Gotta say, been buying Rams at that location for over 20 years and I went from disappointment to completely satisfied. Love my truck again and will continue to do business with Hwy 11 Dodge.
Bought a 2020 Rebel and had many issues with it…decided I would upgrade to a 2023. After 1000km the new Rebel became an issue…after long days and a lot of back and forth Leonard and Brock did amazing in helping me to get into a more reliable truck!!! I am very thankful that they busted their butts to make me happy!!! Happy new owner of a 2023 Ram Sport!!! Beauty of a truck!!! Thanks gentlemen!!!
Julian Kercz is literally the best human and so helpful and knowledgeable . Made buying my jeep from him a breeze . I live in Vaughan and drove all the way there for my vehicle. Customer service is top notch .

UPDATED: Avoid this location!!!! Bought a used Jeep back in September through Leonard. First time Jeep buyer. Test drove vehicle and loved how high off vehicle it was. Noticed it was noisy and has a cracked windshield- was told Jeeps are just loud and windshield will be replaced which it was upon pickup. In October people noticed rust under vehicle (which I immediately emailed Leonard on October 22, and no response). After dealing with my mom's house fire which she lost everything September 23 and we lost our cats- we had to commute back and forth to barrie and Toronto from Orillia as she was in a medical comma in ICUs. Noticed more "jeep noise" and eventually went into Hwy11 perhaps to trade it in as it was too noisy. Unfortunately I wasn't approved so I decided to grin and bare it. November 14 I took my vehicle into a shop to check noise we were hearing and later another shop for am undercoating and both shops pointed out defects with steering bar and tie rods- the tie rods were so rusted that they would snap if tightened. HWY 11 had asked for proof that other techs have said the vehicle needed these replacements. So I brought the jeep in and proof / invoice from a shop. Hwy 11 tech, Brandon, confirmed that these parts NEEDED to be replaced and were in indeed faulty. Yet the Sales Manager, Cody, said the GM refuses to fix these defects cause it was past 30 days and 1000 kms. I had went over 1000 kms dealing with a family emergency. But even after they confirmed and agreed this vehicle shouldn't haven't passed safety they still won't fix their wrong doings. I'm honestly stressed, and wowed a dealership could do this and treat their customers and their safety with such neglect. I have been advised to go further with these issues as I don't have funds themselves manager is asking for to fix the parts. Avoid this location. Protect yourselves- nobody should have to worry about their safety with a "new (used)" vehicle. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
I do not recommend Hwy 11 Dodge for view service department. I ordered a Mopar gooseneck installation kit from them. The kit came in, I was told the truck was booked in for the following week to install. When I called back the Friday to confirm the booking mysteriously it was no longer booked. Sharon was great and said if I left the truck with them for a few days they could get the kit installed as I infact needed the kit installed for the following weekend. Monday morning I dropped the truck off for the whole week. Friday rolls around truck is ready, great. However two things, one I was charge twice the amount of $1400 installation (that’s without the ball) and other dealerships I was quoted $750-900 for installation as well as the same quote from Hwy 11.
Secondly, upon getting the truck home and dropping hitch into place my boyfriend sees that the one hole doesn’t match up and the grommet doesn’t fit and the hole was drilled way too big. The mechanics tried to hide the mistake with silicone that also didn’t sit right nor fit.
Thus leaving my truck’s frame exposed to the elements. Not happy. We took the truck in the following week to complain and see what could be done. Turns out the mechanic broke three bits doing my truck. The mechanic told us he could and would order a bigger grommet for free and fix the issue. Turns out that was a lie as he didn’t order it and didn’t fix his mistake.
I am totally disappointed with the service department and will not be recommending anyone there. My boyfriend and I are no longer using Hwy 11 Dodge. My friend had issues and my step daughter and her husband also have had issues with the service department.

I had a motor installed on my truck only took 12 weeks when it should have been 2 days I then bring it home and the problems start already .limp mode no power steering assist so I pop the hood the battery cables were just placed on the battery I had to tighten them then the problem went away for now I checked the oil it was low so I called service and brock says to me just add some I said it’s a brand new motor I shouldn’t have to add anything to it so I brought it to a local mechanic shop I trust and he checked it said it was a quart low so he added a quart while he was in there looking around he said to me I wouldn’t want to put my name on this job it looks like they just rushed the job so I bring it home and think to my self well i should look over there work. I find main wording harness lying on passenger side valve cover when it should be supported my transmission lines are just resting on top of my power steering rack one bolt missing from water pump 3 bolts in total missing to attach front bumper and there probably more that is just what I see with a quick look now today it’s back in limp mode and won’t Excel they also threatened to call the MTO on me as I was leaving because I needed tie rod ends and a wheel bearing that was still under warranty. Totally worth the 10,000 I had to spend there ....( update )truck went into limp mode so I brought it so a local shop it costed me 800$ and change to fix there mistakes I got told to bring it back they would look at it ... even though it took them 13 weeks to install the motor so that wasn’t going to happen and with all the problems I’ve had regarding this that would be the definition of insanity trying the same things over again expecting different results ....vehicle work order in last picture from shop that finished there work
Meghan has been more than amazing to deal with! Her friendly disposition is a reason to return. Her flexible scheduling when appointments were accidently missed is muchly appreciated. She was quick with quotes and needed information. It has been a great experience.
I bought a garage grand caravan from highway eleven Dodge in the purchasing of this vehicle. I was told that they would have a spare tire. And tools with it to change tire. It did not come with tools or spare tire. Small parts keep breaking on this Van. It is not that old, it has a 100000 K on it. My recommendations are do not trust You're salesman, do not not verify that things are there when they say that they are there and get everything. And write it now, mind you your buying a Dodge so I would advise you Dodge that situation and go buy something else.
When informed that there was no spare tire. They said that little pack in the back of the Van was sufficient to pass safety. Well when I was told it has what I needed it. It does not pass for me. So once again, pass on dealing with Dodge. I'm going to be selling this Van immediately. Very unhappy with the fact thit it's been such a pain.
So please avoid this dealership as well as just Dodge. In general, will save you a lot of headaches. Hope this help
